Lars ID Card...just goes to show you, anyone can get a Matricula!
State Agencies and the Mexican Government want to make available to the illegal alien (Mexican citizen) a Matricula Consular card (ID card) which is non-verifiable as to the identity of the individual. In turn the illegal alien can use this card to obtain a U.S. drivers license, social benefits, home loans, along with the opportunity to vote.
